The first post! Basically, this blog is for me to track what I eat. Because I think it'd be fun. And why not? I might post all three meals everyday, or just one. Who knows. There are no rules here. Enjoy.
<<<< This guy was my mid-afternoon snack. Yes, I have one of those. Lately I've been obsessed with almonds. I get the organic, unsalted kind from Ingles. $6 a pound, yes please! I like eating them in handfulls, but they're even more delicious when you mix them with cinnamon cheerios and a little skim milk. I've been dying to try them with almond milk. Good and good for you, FTW.
